Karakalpak State University

Karakalpak State University (KKSU) named after Berdakh was found in 1976. It is biggest academic and research center of the Karakalpakstan, which is the north-west region of the Uzbekistan. There are more than 6000 students pursuing 40 majors of underground program (bachelour) and 22 minors of masters degree. It consists 8 faculty (facultet) and 40 departments.
